Regulatory Inventory • High profile $20m project with Board sponsorship • C-level stakeholder management including strict governance forums as well as 3rd party vendor management • Aim to build a central financial regulatory reporting repository for global regulatory reports Working Capital • Responsible for a $3m project that enables clients to make payments who do not accept cards using their corporate credit line • Management of all stakeholder activity including IT functions globally to implement a brand-new initiative to generate $40m revenue One PO • Responsible for the roll out of a Vendor Portal-One PO change project • Aligning all vendors into 1 online portal to bring significant efficiencies so vendors can see data including spend, billing, resources • Increased productivity with transparency, faster PO processing & payment as well as rapid onboarding Conversational Interactive Voice Recording (CIVR) • Responsible for the delivery of a $5m telephony project implementing major change within UK Contact Centres • Managing all IT activity globally including analysis, design, development, build, test & deployment into production with minimal customer/operational impact • Management of 3rd party vendors Data Reconciliations (recs) Europe Programme–regulatory project • Successful implementation of a Monitor data rec process to address Europe-wide AML transaction monitoring risk gaps requiring design, build & implementation of rigorous & automated data recs from data sources to Transaction Monitoring (TM) systems • Managing complex teams globally Global Standards Anti-Money Laundering Regulatory project • A $10+million global project to deliver a high priority change programme ensuring AML scenarios deployed across multiple TM platforms,to comply with the US\'Deferred Prosecution Agreement, failure of which would result in the US removing HSBC\'s licence to trade • Responsible for the approval of global data sharing schedules
