I manage an active portfolio of commercial real estate holdings and manage a boutique healthcare real estate brokerage firm. I am currently focused on identifying and investing in new deals, primarily in the healthcare real estate sector.As a commercial real estate professional and licensed broker, I craft creative real estate solutions for both end users and investors. I’ve touched all aspects of the real estate cycle through development, leasing, site selection and advising on acquisitions and dispositions across numerous property types, closing transactions totaling more than $350 Million in deal volume. On the principal side, I’ve structured multiple healthcare real estate investments and executed asset management strategies that have provided excellent returns and added value. As the immediate past president of the Alabama CCIM chapter and a past president of BirminghamCREW, I’ve developed leadership qualities and continue to create lasting industry connections. I volunteer as a junior board member at the Birmingham Zoo, teach Sunday school at the Birmingham Cathedral of St Paul and value giving back to the industry and my community.
