Transitioning to sports marketing, I led a global marketing services department and transformed it into a revenue-generating division. Following my work as a brand strategist, I was a consultant who focused on GTM strategy, marketing restructuring, and account management. This path led me to a role as Senior Strategic Alliances Manager, where I developed partnerships with Fortune 500 brands and captured $9M in revenue.At AARP, I advanced through several leadership roles, beginning in partnership management and later founding the first corporate relations department. Later, I launched AARP’s inaugural startup, Life Reimagined, where I led partnerships and alliances. As Integration Alliances Director, I championed new business models, expanding the product portfolio and diversifying revenue streams beyond the traditional approaches. I’ve built teams in matrixed organizations, collaborating with executives to drive profitable outcomes.Beyond my professional roles, I founded CHCDC, a job resource and networking organization designed to empower and connect professionals with career resources and opportunities. In my most recent role, I led a team managing 70+ brand partnerships, driving revenue, increasing memberships and loyalty, and achieving a 90% contract renewal rate—all while enhancing efficiency and team performance.
