I partner with senior leaders to build inclusive cultures, attract diverse talent and drive measurable impact. My work focuses on embedding conscious inclusion, advancing gender balance, supporting returner pathways and strengthening psychological safety, ensuring our workforce reflects the communities we serve and the future of the industries we support.Key achievements include: • Launched NES Fircroft’s first global DEI strategy, embedding inclusion across talent, leadership and client engagement. • Designed and delivered a global supplier diversity project. • Developed the business case and pilot for a Returner Programme to re-engage engineering talent in the energy sector. • Produced thought leadership on psychological safety and inclusive culture, positioning NES Fircroft as a DEI leader in the industry. • Advised clients in the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Europe and North America on building inclusive recruitment practices aligned with business growth. • Shortlisted as finalist for Head of Diversity 2025 at both European Diversity Awards and Inclusive Awards. • Recognised as one of the Top 100 People Leaders by Mogul AI.
