For more information, please visit Associate Director, I currently-Serve on the Operations leadership team -Train and oversee two teams (Community Engagement and Partner Relations)-Execute our community engagement strategy aimed at increasing the organization\'s visibility, building brand awareness, and mobilizing diverse networks in 30+ target cities/towns in MA-Execute the distribution of more than essential items annually to children facing homelessness or poverty across the state-Adapt engagement and operational models to pandemic constraints -Create and manage communication materials including email blasts, press releases, marketing collateral and social media content to support initiatives and events-Develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders -Establish seasonal programs and events to address chronic product needs and to meet organizational goals
