I’ve successfully executed multiple acquisitions and led a majority recapitalization in which Vector Capital acquired ownership from Francisco Partners, partnering closely with our CEO and investors throughout the process.My responsibilities span capital structure management, board and lender engagement, and integration of acquired businesses. I’ve led ERP and back-office transformation, implemented robust cash reporting tools, and championed ARR/NRR metric development to support recurring revenue growth. I’m passionate about building high-performing teams and aligning finance with broader business strategy to deliver results in dynamic environments.
