I’m Katya — a global strategy and insights leader, researcher and strategic thinker at heart, and working mum of a toddler. For the past 15+ years, I’ve been helping organisations make smarter decisions by turning data, research, and insights into clear strategic direction.My career has taken me across Europe, North America, LATAM, and APAC, delivering 300+ strategy and insights projects for enterprise markets, including pharma, consumer health, healthcare, and private equity. Whether it’s shaping a growth strategy, building a portfolio roadmap, analysing a new market, or guiding an M&A decision, I’m driven by the same belief: good strategy starts with great insights — and great insights start with curiosity and data.Today, I lead the Strategy Consulting, Competitive Intelligence, Market Analysis & Insights business unit at Nicholas Hall Company. I own a P&L, drive revenue growth, build and lead a global team, and work closely with senior leaders to help them navigate complexity with confidence. I love the mix of analytical depth, creativity, and collaboration that strategy and insights work demands.In 2025, I graduated from the Durham University Business School with Distinction.
