   Successfully delivered two new Google-wide performance management tools, impacting 192k Googlers, by aligning business stakeholders, UX, Engineering, Go-to Market, and Product teams on integrated timelines, goals, and deliverables, resulting in the company-wide completion of performance reviews and a seamless delivery of outcomes to compensation tools• Created the team structure, engineering sprint planning, leadership and cross-functional alignment meetings, and testing and communication strategies for a new team focused on creating rapid prototypes, testing, and iterating on solutions for three identified Googler efficiency gap such as being able to provide on the spot product feedback • Completed an end-to-end product development, test, launch and feature roadmap of a central manager “hub”, aggregating critical manager milestones and data needs from 6 disparate tools, resulting in 80% tool satisfaction by solving a crucial product gap• Led the rollout and adoption of a “Change Control” process which centrally documented requested changes to project scope by stakeholders and an analysis of the request by product management and engineering used across 10 yearly product releases• Launched and managed the bi-annual performance management tool six times, ensuring over 150k Googlers received ratings, promotions, and feedback with the correct experience based on individual criteria • Owned the roadmap for development, feature request intake, and feature prioritization for the performance management meeting creation tool used to create 89% of meetings (over 6k) by managers by conducting user feedback sessions and UAT, boosting utilization from 50% at launch to 89% within a year
