After earning a Certificate in Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, and having represented employers in employment law matters for 6-7 years, I joined the Indian and tribal law and employment law practices at Sacks Tierney on November 1, 2021. At Sacks Tierney, I represent employers and employees in employment law matters, and I also represent tribal entities, tribal governmental units, and companies and individuals operating and working on Indian reservations. I am excited I get to continue and build upon my employment and labor law practice, representing clients in all aspects of employment and labor law, including matters involving employment discrimination, wage and hour, leave of absence, restrictive covenants, and drafting and revising employer policies, handbooks, and contracts. And I am excited to conjoin my two practices and represent tribal employers operating on Indian reservations.
