HR BP supports the day-to-day delivery of all relevant HR aspects to the respective business groups (Technology Center) and ensures that managers and employees are provided with professional advice, support and guidance on all HR topics and products. Efficient and effective delivery of corporate HR programs and initiatives locally, often in close collaboration with regional and global specialist functions. The HR BP gets involved in all aspects of HR in a generalist role and has the opportunity to regularly work on local and/or global projects.Key Responsibilities:• Providing full employee life cycle management and advise to client groups (Technology Center);• Providing pragmatic and positive solutions and ensure that all actions conform to legislative requirements, policies and best practice;• Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies and collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on executing these successfully;• Advising on and ensuring effective Performance Management, Talent Management and Succession Planning processes;• Support training and development activities, jointly with the Talent & Development function;• Coordinate the Graduate Program as well as Induction Program (for new joiners);• Support annual Compensation Review and Promotion process;• Provide proactive, timely and relevant expert advice to managers / management teams;• Drive / Support projects and initiatives on a regular basis;• Maintain insight of Russian employment legislation, market practice and developments.
