About Katy Tonkin

I currently serve in the Office of the US CEO at G42, leading internal, external, and executive communications. G42 is a global AI and advanced technology group. G42 Americas is the US-based arm with a focus on AI infrastructure, data centers, and applied AI partnerships.Before G42, I had my own consulting company, partnering with organizations to drive growth and maximize ROI by adopting programmatic and scaled capabilities. My largest engagement was with the Azure AI platform team to manage programs that help organizations adopt and innovate with AI.Earlier, at Microsoft, I led U.S. content lead generation and nurture strategy and worked with Microsoft Advertising, overseeing customer acquisition and engagement across digital channels. Before that, I spent eight years in leadership roles at Point It (acquired by Add3), helping scale the agency and earning recognition from the U.S. Search Awards, The Landys, and the AMA Awards.Outside of work, I’m an advocate for the arts community in the Pacific Northwest, a former trustee of Seattle Children’s Theater, and volunteer driver for Sound Generations.
