My role centers on aligning business, education, and civic leadership to create opportunities that attract investment, support existing businesses, grow talent, and enhance quality of life.I work closely with public and private partners to shape and execute strategic initiatives in workforce development, placemaking, business retention and expansion, entrepreneurship, and regional branding. Whether we\'re meeting with site selectors, convening community leaders, launching talent initiatives, or championing projects that improve livability, my goal is to ensure the Cedar Valley is positioned for long-term growth and shared success.I’m passionate about building meaningful relationships, breaking down silos, and helping people and organizations connect to the resources they need to succeed.
