I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing and Business Education from University of Wisconsin-Stout, and an Associate\'s degree in Marketing from Chippewa Valley Technical College. My most recent position was Technology Support at eSucceed Virtual School, where I provide technical assistance and training to teachers and students. I have strong skills in problem solving, writing, and communication, which I use to troubleshoot issues, create documentation, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Before joining eSucceed, I was the owner of N7 Cafe LLC, a cold brew and nitro coffee company that offered keg services, concentrates, and bottled products to various clients and venues. These experiences taught me how to market and sell innovative products, manage inventory and finances, and provide excellent customer service. I am passionate about education and technology, and I enjoy learning new skills and tools that can enhance the learning experience. I value collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
