I currently teach 2 weekly Yoga classes via Plus One. I have been teaching at the same site since 2009. This was prior to Plus One acquiring the contract in 2015. My classes focus on addressing some of the primary issues that arise for office workers. Melting tension in the neck and shoulders. Loosening tightness in the hips and hamstrings, and building core strength. Elements of Mindfulness practices are also woven into the sessions. Classes are for all levels, and for all people. We usually have a lot of fun, which is another highly effective method for managing stress, and dissolving the accumulated tension that builds up over time.
