Experienced Sales Representative with a demonstrated history of working in the health, wellness, financial protection, and employee benefit industry. Skilled in sales, health care reform, sales management and insurance. After graduating from the University of Nebraska, I began my career at Principal Financial Group and transitioned to UnitedHealthcare in 2006 as an Account Executive, working my way to Director of Sales in 2015. As Director of Sales, I oversaw the North Texas small business market and lead the sales team to year over year success for both medical and specialty product lines. In 2021 I made the move away from the carrier side to work at a broker agency to expand my knowledge and career growth working directly with mid-size employers to help with placement and education of group benefits.
