Ms. Gravatt has over 24 years of customer service, operations and client relations experience. She carefully and continuously monitors each of our client’s programs, service and support needs to ensure complete and exceeded expectations are met. She works as the liaison between our clients and our HR and Legal Professionals to ensure our client’s needs are well-articulated, communicated and executed. Ms. Gravatt coordinates, supports and monitors all training and special HR projects Holden provides to our clients with our Firm Manager.
