Katy is a human resources professional, and Total Rewards expert with 25 years of experience, nearly 20 of which are in the mining industry. Prior to joining Triple Flag, Katy consulted to various small and large cap mining companies; advising and providing insight to both boards and executives on Executive Compensation, governance and disclosure. She also spent 10 years at Barrick as Vice President, Global Total Rewards and has held various corporate positions in both the pharmaceutical and hotel industries.A strategic HR and Sustainability executive with progressive leadership experience in complex, high-growth environments across public, private, and consulting settings. She has proven success in M&A, IPO readiness and scaling post-IPO enterprises, architecting global HR infrastructures, and advising CEOs and Boards on executive compensation and ESG integration. An expert in Total Rewards, Global Mobility, and incentive design that aligns performance with risk. Katy is an influential C-suite confidante, builds trusted relationships across jurisdictions and levels, delivering commercially focused, innovative solutions that fuel growth, governance, and long-term value creation.Katy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University in Canada, is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and holds a Certificate in Corporate Sustainability from New York University (NYU – Sterns) in the United States.
