Within our Global Advisory Practice, the Strategy Consulting team delivers a wide range of global consulting projects, programmes and assignments of a varied scale, size and complexity aligned to core consulting areas including permanent, contingent and early careers recruitment, TA operating model and service re-engineering, process analysis and design, recruitment technology application, employer brand sourcing and attraction strategies, diversity, equity and inclusion, and assessment and selection.\\\\nAs a Senior Manager within the team I play a role in defining, running and leading global Strategy Consulting projects of an extremely varied nature, acting as a programme or workstream lead depending on the scale and scope of the consPersonal areas focus, SME knowledge and passion include development of TA target operating models and organisational design, early careers and campus strategies and optimising TA processes to improve the experience, efficiency and both upskilling and fulfilment of those involved in TA delivery.\\\\nRecent programmes delivered include: creating a new TA Operating Model and Strategy for Strategic Skills focused hiring as part of a global TA transformation for a Life Sciences organization, optimising and simplifying the process and user experience for early careers hiring for a Big 4 accounting and consulting firm, Defining the purpose, scope, target operating model, process and university relations strategy for early careers and campus hiring at a Pharmaceutical company, TA strategy development support for a UK Retail Bank and delivering a Resourcing and Utilisation diagnostic review for a Consultancy practice.\\\\nI thrive on collaborating closely with specialist colleagues from across AMS advisory and operational business functions to deliver to client requirements and continuously act on opportunities to continue to develop our consulting proposition.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
