With over 30 years of experience as a coach, 25 years as Club Director and 5 years as a Facility Owner at Absolute Volleyball Academy of Texas, I have a passion for developing and empowering young athletes through sports. I have a strong background in kinesiology, health promotion, and fitness, which I leverage to collaboratively design and implement effective training programs, injury prevention strategies, and wellness initiatives for our players. I manage our staff that works together to perform the daily operations of our state-of-the-art facility and outdoor sand volleyball courts. I also oversee the recruitment, coaching, and retention of our talented and diverse team of coaches and trainers. I have successfully supported multiple teams to compete and win at regional and national tournaments, as well as secure scholarships and opportunities to colleges and universities. I am also committed to fostering a positive and inclusive culture at our club, where we value teamwork, respect, integrity, and excellence.
