ABOUT KATY CROTHALL
With 20 years experience recruiting and providing talent solutions to the Housing, Not for Profit and Local Government sector, I am passionate about providing real value to organisations through making the right connections. I am proud to have managed our Housing, LG and NFP Division for well over a decade, as well as personally leading and delivering into our Executive Search and NED/Board Chair recruitment. I am excited to be delivering more talent solutions cross sector for the benefit of society as a whole. Having sat on an Executive Board for over a decade, my other passions have included both devising strategy and implementing and embedding it successfully into the organisation. I have also thoroughly enjoyed leading on many short term and long term projects, including our CSR programme, organisational culture, our customers and our internal learning and development offering. I am fortunate enough to sit on Charles Russell Speechlys Foundation as a Trustee which is a huge privilege and also on the Customer Committee for Inquilab Housing Association.
