Prior to joining Fluor, Katy was responsible for managing major proposal development, marketing services, and negotiation efforts in the nuclear power market. She has led the successful negotiation of fixed price, cost reimbursable, and time and material type contracts with commercial and government terms. Prior to her role in marketing services and business development, Katy was responsible for supply chain management, contract administration, procurement, and property services at a US Department of Energy site and executing program evaluations and contract negotiations at other DOE and United Kingdom NDA sites.
