About Katy Atkinson
My goal is to engage learners by getting to the heart of what motivates them. What skill do they need to accomplish after completing the course? I aim to help create a memorable learning experience that is relevant and immediately useful to learners on the job. I am fascinated with learning theory and the evolution of learning in our increasingly mobile workforce. I especially enjoy the development and design process, which includes writing storyboards (scripts), creating visually appealing graphics, recording and editing voiceover, and building animations that illustrate specific job skills to effectively prepare employees in the workplace.
