I am a mission driven executive leader with 15+ years experience leading enterprise scale transformations and product launches serving as a general manager, force multiplier, strategic cross functional operator and C-level advisor. I am passionate about leveraging technology and AI to deliver mission\'s value with strategy, innovation, human centered design and smart operations.I set a multi-year vision, turn it into clear operational plans, and align teams to mission objectives using OKRs, simple governance, and data-informed decision-making. I adapt quickly when things change and use systems thinking to modernize legacy workflows into secure, scalable, insight-driven processes.I am servant oriented leader. I care a lot about people and leadership. I build an inclusive, people-first culture, and I’ve been lucky to lead high-performing, cross-functional teams across technical and non-technical roles. My style is hands-on and supportive, coaching, giving clear expectations, feedback, focusing on growth, performance management, and thoughtful succession planning.I set up light-weight PMOs and change practices, build impactful project systems to track deliverables, milestones, budgets, and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement with forecasting and compliant execution.
