Helping people (un)become who they’re here to be—through embodied leadership, deep connection to self, life & others. After 6+ years leading teams and driving growth as Brand Leader & Top Talent at Procter & Gamble, my path led me into a deeper inquiry of human potential and embodied self-leadership. For the past 3+ years, I’ve guided deep 1:1 transformational journeys, apprenticed with master teachers, and co-facilitated powerful trainings around the world—immersing in tools such as somatics, hypnosis, trauma-informed coaching, mindfulness, nervous system work, shadow & inner child healing, shamanism, sound, yoga, and the higher mind. At the heart of everything I do is a devotion to living from my deepest truth—and supporting others in doing the same. A lifelong journey of (un)becoming that leads to true clarity, alignment, and freedom. Now grounding in Berlin, I continue my holistic 1:1 work while holding the leadership and unfolding of ŌHIA’s mission—a sanctuary for embodied transformation that beautifully mirrors my own vision. With one foot in the world of corporate leadership and the other in transformational work, I serve as a bridge between high-performance culture and soulful, heart-led leadership.
