I am a seasoned military executive with more than 20 years of experience managing large and diverse teams within the US Air Force, specializing in aviation maintenance and logistics. Throughout my career, I have trained, coached, and mentored numerous leaders and teams, guiding them to achieve their objectives and fulfill their missions. Additionally, I have played a pivotal role in transforming underperforming organizations into compliant, agile, and successful entities. I am a former Level 10 Junior Olympic Gymnastics National Team member, a three-time All-American collegiate gymnast and a Category 2 competitive road cyclist. Maintaining an active lifestyle and embracing adventures, whether on the bicycle or in the mountains are personal passions of mine.
