Serving as day-to-day contact for select clients, and assisting in managing overall client relationship in human capital and organizational development engagements • Partner with HCOS (Human Capital and Organizational Strategies) executive clients (primarily CFOs and CEOs) to provide established service offerings including but not limited to HR audits, organizational planning and strategic change management, talent acquisition planning, strategic planning, compensation strategy and benchmarking, learning and development, coaching, performance management, HR compliance, employee relations and investigations, and transactional HR management. • Work with clients and develop new client relationships to identify, analyze and articulate problems and opportunities to propose solutions as a client advocate, often in collaboration with distributed and cross-functional advisory niches. • Coach and support HCOS staff on assigned engagements. • Serves as a central advisory and coordination point for clients in support of their HR day-to-day operations to include client vendors, team resources and client stakeholders, leveraging effective communication strategies to appropriately manage expectations and keep affected parties updated on processes, operations and projects.
