About Cindy Schiff

I have upper management, customer service management, inside sales, production, warehouse and packaging skills along with HR and operations, logistics and 8 years in the staffing industry, all falling under management credentials. My people skills are beyond reproach and truly have always believed in treating people the way I like to be treated. It is what makes your bottom line. I have traveled nationwide to conventions, tradeshows, meeting with clients while also setting up and working our very own, days at a time. While working for staff management and having 600 employees reporting to me on site at a MARS facility, for two years straight from their headquarters of other staffing sites of one hundred fifty ( my first two years at the company ). I was awarded Manager of the Year and then Team of the Year award and presented with it in Las Vegas along with other Staff Management recepients. While working for Minute Men I oversaw operations of combining two offices into one brand new one and was able to come in under the contracted time. At Parker Hannifin I co - developed a push system of inventory from our manufacturing plants directly to our 10 Warehouses around the United States working to obtain a 100 % service level.
