ABOUT KATRINA AWORI

I am committed to continuous improvement in business development, where relationships matter and results drive growth. As I continue developing my skills in venture management and entrepreneurship, I\'m actively seeking guidance and opportunities to grow in competitive, innovation-driven industries.The past three years, I’ve worked in sales and marketing within hospitality and events, where I built and maintained client relationships, promoted live events through digital platforms, and supported customer engagement initiatives through email and social media campaigns. Through these experiences, I’ve developed strong communication and adaptability skills, learning how messaging, timing, and service directly influence results. Outside of work, I’ve taken on leadership roles through Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity, coordinating, professional workshops, networking events, and recruitment initiatives. Through this involvement, I’ve developed stronger organizational and leadership skills while building a supportive network of peers and mentors who have shaped both my personal and professional growth. Looking ahead, graduating in May 2026, I’m excited to build my portfolio within business development, working alongside collaborative teams to build client relationships and drive meaningful results.
