I support the service delivery and client satisfaction of institutional clients, working with a talented team of professionals who share my passion for excellence and innovation. I have a proven track record of setting and achieving goals, managing risk, and developing talent, as well as a strong background in customer experience and service level agreements. I have also helped in creating and leading one of CAPTRUST\'s employee resource groups, BPNetwork, our Black, Indigenous and People of Color ERGs.
