Supervise all aspects of the 45-bed Memory Care neighborhood from housekeeping, dining, activities and non-licensed care. Work hand-in-hand with the Memory Care LPN on ensuring continuity of medical care, following through with orders, properly training staff, and staying compliant with state regulations and policies. Manage staff development which includes recruitment, training, scheduling, evaluations, promotions and discharge of all care staff. Participate in on-call and manager on duty weekend rotations. Assist with tours, prospective residents and move ins. Develop relationships and stay in communication with third-party providers. Build and nurture relationships with resident families as their point of contact with any questions, concerns and updates. Host monthly Dementia Caregivers support group for families and community members.
