Manage College and career initiatives for the school district. Serves as a liaison for the school district and oversees students enrolled in dual enrollment and dual credit classes.Coordinates with the Innovation staff to ensure program fidelity. Collaborates with the JMCSS district Career Technical Director to identify program needs for enforcing school policies and addressing disciplinary issues promptly. Investigate student behavior concerns, and implement appropriate consequences. Monitor student behavior during transitions, and extracurricular activities. Provide individual counseling and support to students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges. Facilitate communication between students, parents, and teachers. Refer students to appropriate school or community resources when neededMaintain open communication with parents, students, and staff. Collaborate with the district administration, counselors, and other staff to address student needs. Regularly update the principal/chief on student behavior trends and concerns.Collaborate with teachers to address classroom management issues.Coordinates supplies/materials purchased for Innovation Impact Institutes. Maintains accurate documentation for state reporting.
