Oversee daily operations of the finance department to include recruiting, development and evaluation of staff. Ensure department structure is effective to meet company/department goals and objectives. Provide financial and analytical support for branch and corporate management. Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly close. Manage, analyze, and review the insurance renewal process. Ensure compliance with local, state, federal budgetary reporting requirements and established controls.
