Since then, I have dedicated my career to being a leader for cultural transformation, embedding Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion into the heart of organisational strategy.With extensive experience working across Europe, India, Canada, and the United States, I bring a truly global perspective. I have supported organisations through significant transformation, from structural change to digital pivots, always ensuring that inclusion and belonging remain central to the people experience.I love building on and cultivating environments where collaboration is second nature and individuals are empowered to bring their whole selves to work.I have led initiatives that not only create welcoming and supportive cultures but also deliver measurable impact for the business.
