With over 20 years of experience in the pavement industry, I am passionate about delivering high-quality asphalt solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients. As the owner of One Way Trigger, LLC and Northwest Paving, Inc, I oversee all aspects of the business, from marketing and sales to operations and finance.I also have a strong background in business development and management, having served as the Director of Business Development and Management at previous companies. I was responsible for generating new leads, negotiating contracts, managing projects, and building relationships with stakeholders. I am proud to have contributed to the growth and success of each company I have had the pleasure working with, as well as to the advancement of the pavement preservation industry. Becoming the first Female President for the Western Region Association of Pavement Preservation, I used my relationships and experience to advocate for best practices and innovation in pavement preservation.
