Editorial lead for the Pain Business Unit at Vertex. Review marketing materials in Veeva as a reviewing member of the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) process. Capture required changes from MLR reviewers, proofreading and certifying documents in support of Communication Review Committee (CRC) meetings. Ensure all documentation and associated components of final approved projects are stored, including offline approvals and Certificates of Translation. Help train new submitters and agencies on Editorial/Corp/Brand standards. Support and communicate with agency partners and vendors to execute projects. Identify and help implement opportunities for process improvement within Marketing Operations.As part of a Gig within the company, I helped create, review, and execute a core claims library for the Pain BU, which was a brand-new capability and first-ever claims database for Vertex.
