As an Associate Director of Curriculum and Evaluation at the Office of Special Programs at University of Chicago, I applied my verbal communication and training facilitation skills to design and deliver engaging and effective presentations, materials, and workshops for various audiences and stakeholders. I have over three years of experience in this role, and I hold a M.ED in Educational Studies from the University of Illinois at Chicago. My core competencies include evidence-based decision-making, team collaboration, and innovative program development. I am adept at using Google Applications and other tools to collect, analyze, and report data on the impact and outcomes of the programs I oversee and support. I am also passionate about creating and enhancing educational opportunities and pathways for diverse and underrepresented students and communities.
