ABOUT KATRINA AGER

I am currently working as the Lab Manager for the Memory and Attention Control Lab at Arizona State University. My research is focused on evaluating the use of the InceptionTime model in fast scan cyclic voltammetry research to identify concentrations of neurotransmitters in the human brain. I am also collaborating with other faculty using group iterative multiple model estimation (GIMME) to deepen our understanding of relationships between different variables that underly cognition. During my college career, I have become fascinated by the intersection of computer science and neuroscience, particularly in the applications of machine learning. I just completed my B.S. in Neuroscience and am working towards certificates in computational life science and business data analytics. I am seeking opportunities to utilize my skills and learn more about the applications of machine learning in neuroscience and the process behind building machine learning algorithms.
