In 2011 I read a NYT article written by David Brooks entitled,\"It\'s Not About You\" and since that day it has managed to stick with me. As Millennials we are told to follow our dreams with the prerequisite of finding ourselves first. However, Brooks eloquently states,\"Most successful young people don’t look inside and then plan a life. They look outside and find a problem, which summons their life\". The problem that has \"summoned\" me is wellness. I believe health and wellness are the businesses of the future; without our health, we have nothing. You get one opportunity to make a first impression, so engage people, empathize, and share your story. The hope is that you\'ll add value to their life, and them to yours. I am a former athlete, a Duke Blue Devil, a foodie, and a craft coffee addict whose nurturing persona completely contradicts my love of extreme activities and adrenaline highs.
