Consult ISVs and vendors on marketplace success: demos, readiness expectations, terms + MDF/investment alignment, and GTM/launch planning.Provide API and technical readiness guidance so commercial strategy matches what’s operationally feasible at scale. Own lifecycle operations and cross-functional execution: unblock dependencies, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain momentum through launch.Drive governance/escalations across Finance and Legal to enforce commitments and reduce downstream confusion. Build enablement systems (self-service guided growth, curriculum/content sourcing, vendor feedback loops) to reduce friction and improve adoption.Strengthen structured data and lifecycle clarity so the organization can scale with less manual coordination - and apply automation the right way.

ABOUT KAT MARIJKE STUUT
I design the systems that help sellers scale without burning out the humans who govern them. At Pax8, I work across the vendor/seller lifecycle (from inquiry → evaluation → readiness/onboarding → launch → steady state). My focus is making the work legible: clear stages, clear owners, and clean data. A big part of my role is consulting directly with ISVs and vendors to help them navigate what it actually takes to succeed in a marketplace motion: packaging and readiness expectations, how GTM choices show up downstream in operations, and how to translate vendor goals into an execution plan that cross‑functional teams can deliver. I’m technical enough to go deep when it matters. I’m CompTIA Security+ certified, and I routinely work at the intersection of security posture, API readiness, and go‑to‑market decisions. “We can launch fast” isn’t a strategy if the integration, compliance, billing/reporting, or support model can’t hold up at scale. I care deeply about data integrity and structured data. Messy inputs create messy outcomes, especially in marketplaces and hyperscaler-adjacent ecosystems where volume and change are constant. So I design frameworks and tooling that capture validated, decision‑complete information, standardize handoffs, and reduce re‑asks and manual coordination. I’m also pro‑automation… with guardrails. I’m a big believer in process before automation: fix the workflow and the data foundation first, then apply automation where it actually reduces friction (not where it just moves it around). And yes. productivity is a bit of a dirty word. But productivity + efficiency in a people‑first mindset means we’re optimizing for outcomes that are tangible to the business and sustainable for the person doing the work. Ultimately, I do this to serve sellers operating in a fast‑changing economy - while balancing the needs of consultants, customers, and end users - so growth doesn’t come at the expense of clarity, quality, or wellbeing.
