   Leading cross-functional team for the development of a custom, web-based application - automating quality assurance, performance management, and reporting workflows to improve transparency and management for the entire document footprint of medical service members located at 600+ commands across the entire Navy- Executing the entire product development lifecycle from vision and roadmap definition to final launch and marketing, creating a customer feedback process to prioritize requirements and leading to a $1.2M contract award for a new product- Collecting, defining, and prioritizing requirements from a broad set of 20+ stakeholders (ranging from base users to senior leadership) to define distinct user personas and user stories- Designing product by developing detailed wireframes for 50+ application pages from collected requirements- Assisting in the development of two backend database structures with 25+ connecting tables, writing SQL queries to manipulate data into an ingestible format for data visualization, and executing a full data migration from old system to new application- Briefing stakeholders biweekly to provide updates, demo wireframes and technical solutions, conduct trainings, and identify additional requirements
