Hi, I’m Katja - a people-focused change facilitator with a passion for navigating complex systems.I support and guide transformative journeys, whether in cultural change, organizational transformation, innovation, or personal development. With a background in coaching and organizational development, I design and orchestrate change processes that empower individuals and organizations to move forward with curiosity, courage and confidence towards a clear vision or goal. My work bridges strategy and humanity. I bring experience in business model innovation, organizational development, marketing, knowledge management, post-merger integration, and customer relationship management. Combined with my pedagogical foundation, this enables me to understand both the structural and human dimensions of change.I believe sustainable transformation happens when people feel heard, supported, and inspired.
