ABOUT KATINA SNIDER

As a District Manager I am highly successful at directing the performance and profitability of a large number of stores within a given region. I am also skilled at facilitating the opening of new stores while maintaining a high level of performance with existing stores. I develop strategies that drive continuous sales and revenue growth. I am adept at nurturing solid partnerships that are beneficial to the overall performance of the company. I am effective at identifying areas in need of improvement and delivering effective solutions that minimize risk potential. As a manager, I strive to develop and empower my staff to achieve a high level of performance.
