I am a leader, advocate, and community builder with a proven record of impact in higher education and nonprofit spaces. My work is guided by a belief that education, mentorship, and intentional leadership can change lives and strengthen communities.I specialize in student engagement, leadership, staff development, and human services education. As President & CEO of Butterfly Village, Inc, I lead initiatives designed to empower women to grow personally, professionally, and collectively. My approach blends education, advocacy, and strategic collaboration to drive meaningful and lasting impact.My academic background includes a Master’s in Community Counseling, a Bachelor\'s in social work, and an Associate of Arts in Fashion Merchandising from The Art Institute of Atlanta—an interdisciplinary blend that shapes my holistic, people-first leadership style.
