I partner directly with the CTO, CMO, and COO, reviewing metrics and aligning on hiring prioritization and strategies to execute against hiring objectives while meeting DEI targets. Additionally, I oversee Smartsheet\'s global University & Intern Programs. Departments I\'ve directly recruited for include: Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, Security Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Technical Support, Business Intelligence, Technical Marketing, and IT.
