In 2019, I transitioned from CKI (part of the Stand Together community) to Stand Together as our organization restructured our human resources function into one unified team. This has provided the expanded opportunity for me to- Lead the human resources function for two business units with over 100 employees (at times, have served as HRL for three organizational units with over 150 employees)- Serve as a business partner to multiple organizational leaders and supervisors, continually providing feedback and coaching in order to grow their skills and facilitate succession planning and change management- Introduce talent plans to the organizations by analyzing trends in data, merging with people insights, and collaborating with leaders; drive the implementation of talent plans- Improve the talent position of the organizations through meaningful performance reviews, role realignments, or terminations
