Katie has joined Trademark as a Production Manager, merging Healthcare Emergency Operations, Retail Distribution Analytics, and Convention Services experience into the corporate event production space. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Katie performed as a Safety Specialist in the hospital Command Center, engaging with San Francisco & California Departments of Emergency Management, hospital leadership, and patients/clients. Strong organizational, operations, & continuous improvement (lean) experience includes the CPMC Van Ness ED New Hospital Committee, involvement in multiple Kaizen workshops, maintenance of safety policies and dashboards, daily engagement with local, state and federal regulatory agencies, and ownership of the Hazardous Materials & Waste program.
