Accountable for a significant Transformation Portfolio and securing future transformation funding, working with UK CEO, CFO and COO. Leading all change and transformation activity, including regulatory change, across the UK Life business cost base of c£600m to ensure alignment to strategy, delivery, execution, and benefit realisation. Defining and articulating strategic transformation activity for UKLH from concept to delivery. Delivery of multi-year, multi-million-pound, complex programmes responding to business needs. Management of people supply and demand whilst leading programme teams to deliver agreed projects on-time and on-budget Full accountability to create opportunities, initiate and stop projects, govern programme, and project structures, determine sequencing and milestones, allocate budgets and resourcing to deliver programme and strategy outcomes Reporting into the Chief of Staff, leading the strategic execution plan for UK Life to pull together strategy, financial business plan, people plan, target operating model and transformation plan; to ensure cohesion, clear priorities, and a means of tracking delivery. Production of quarterly business reviews for the CEO and external statements to market on progress. Work with Group transformation teams to ensure that UKL strategic priorities are well understood and engage with external advisors engaged in the development of strategic transformation plans. Management and resolution of complex Global inter-connected problems of change, transformation, technology, organisation, and operations, with impacts across the three-year business plan. This includes the development of management information and analysis to drive performance improvement over the current and following year. Strong relationship and communication management with senior stakeholders (CEOs, CFO, COO) and Programme Sponsors, as the owner of the overall UK Life transformation strategy and implementation.
