I am an energetic and experienced Business Transformation consultant, with 12+ years of working with Health & Public sector organisations, to ensure the voice of the business and its employees are kept at the heart of transformation programmes. I have experience over a number of government areas including but not limited to: HMRC, DWP, Dept for Health & NHS (primary and secondary), policing, Home Office and MoJ. Most recently I have left by role as Justice Client Account Lead to join our Defence account.Outside of work I balance my desk time with my love of keeping active; I am a keen traveler, combining my love of hiking with food and spend weekends doing ballet, enjoying the gym, and always have a stack of books on the go. I am recently mum to a baby boy.
