Before moving to Tanner I left a company where I was \'just a number\'. I began a new career as a consultant, working essentially for myself. I told myself I\'d never work for another company again. Then I met Tanner through a consulting contract. Many company\'s TALK about a culture of close collaboration, clear communication, resilience and overcoming obstacles as a team. I started my career in Six Sigma and found a passion for project and change management. The tools provided in the methodology just resonated with how my mind works- take one step at a time and don\'t get overwhelmed. Working through each step, helping to define the next step(s) is how I live my life. At Tanner I have the pleasure of working with the best team; my role is to drive accountability and in turn empower our team to become solution-oriented leaders. I oversee the Business Operations- HR, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Finance at Tanner. We enable the Commercial teams to focus on what\'s important- improve lives by increasing access to medicines around the world.At Tanner Pharma Group, we provide access to medicine. We partner with biopharma companies to design, refine and operationalize solutions to INTERNATIONAL ACCESS challenges. Our LICENSING, ACQUISITION & COMMERCIALIZATION team in-licenses products for full commercialization in international markets. Our MANAGED ACCESS and GLOBAL ACCESS teams use Named Patient Supply channels to compliment global commercial strategies in unlicensed markets and to deliver compassionate use products to underserved markets. And our CLINICAL TRIAL SERVICES team provides specialized procurement pathways to comparators and RLDs for clinical trials.More important than what we do at Tanner Pharma is HOW we do it.
