Hi, I’m Katie. I’m a coach who works with leaders, entrepreneurs, and working parents who want to thrive in both their careers and their lives.I believe the starting point for any meaningful change is vision. What’s the future you want for your career, your leadership, your family, your life? Once that vision is clear, the real work begins: shifting the mindsets that hold you back, building the skills that move you forward, and strengthening the relationships that help you sustain it all.My own career has always centered around helping people grow. I started out as a teacher in Oakland, then spent 15+ years leading strategy and talent initiatives at places like the World Bank, the NYC Department of Education, and the Urban Schools Human Capital Academy. Along the way, I saw again and again that when leaders thrive, organizations thrive. Coaching became the natural next step — a way to support the people inside organizations more directly.Today, I coach across contexts: with global parents through Parentaly, with leadership groups at Fortune 500 companies through Medley, and with working moms through PEPS. I also created and scaled Tide Risers Seattle, a group coaching community for women leaders.I’m a working mom myself, raising two kids in a multicultural household, including a neurodiverse child. That part of my story shapes how I show up as a coach: with empathy, candor, and a deep belief that leadership and parenthood aren’t in conflict — they can fuel each other when we design with intention.Launching my Strategic Leadership for Women Breadwinners in January 2026.
